(January 9, 2023, 10:37 am)All the staff are so nice. When my 4 years old one was there, she even do not how to warm up. Her coach help to show and move her body to let her understand. I was moved. They love all the kids.

(November 10, 2022, 10:22 am)We love Alpha Omega! Our daughter has been going there for over 4 years now, ever since she was a little toddler. We have done toddler gym classes in the past and currently we are in the ballet/tap dance program. We LOVE all their coaches. Everyone is very friendly and kind. The other best thing about being a member of AOG is all their additional activities, like weekly Open Gym times, free hip-hop/tumbling classes on Fridays, parent night outs! They truly care about the kids and training them while making the learning experience very enjoyable!
Overall, it's a great place to enroll your child for fun physical activities. Thanks AOG for being so awesome! -

(August 30, 2022, 10:34 am)What an amazing and family friendly gym. Lots of options for families of all sizes! The staff and owners cares about their customers. Love that when you walk in the door, they greet you with a smile and know you. Staff is well trained focusing on safety.
