Jodi showed great customer service! My wife and I are in the process of moving and Jodi got us a transfer storage within seconds. If you guys are looking for a storage CubeSmart is the place to go. Make sure you ask for Jodi!!

Jodi checked me out of the unit today. My belongings were safely stored here for over a year. No problem. Very safe & super friendly staff. They have all the supplies you might need to pack up.

I have been here at this storage for a few years, but today I had the pleasure to run into Jodi, I needed some information on a transfer, she was very helpful, and attentive. I will say most of the people that have been here have been ok, regular customer service, short answers etc. but Jodi went above normal, and truly made our day, it is the simple things like a smile, and just help customers when I’m need.

When I tell you that Jodi IS THE BEST....I mean it !!!!!
Moving can be a frustrating task, but having personable and professional assistance is key. She answered my questions and offered realistic suggestions and solutions for my situation.
Jodi took the storage woes away from me.
