Agency has very friendly and courteous customer service agents. I appreciate their speedy response to my inquiries and if they need to call me back they let me know how long it will take to return the call. They are excellent on their follow up calls on making sure they are saving you $$$. For example I had student driver discount and I kept forgetting to send them the school transcript. They would text and send emails informing me that they need the transcript in order for the student discount to remain in effect on the policy. I truly appreciate the consistency. Keep up the great work!

Cory and Jaulissa were very nice and helpful and deserve a raise for all the help they gave me on my vist. I would definitely use life storage every time I am in need of space because of all their help and professionalism.

Move over Jake from State Farm...we ❤️💜❤️💜 Andrew from State Farm. My husband and I just moved to Houston from Michigan a couple of months ago and had liberty mutual and lemonade (renters ins). Not only was he able to accommodate coverage of our cars and rental, Andrew got us more coverage, lower rates and future discounts. He made the process like friends at the bar and no judgement.

I have had my fair share of insurance companies, all have been either too overpriced or just plain rude. I had been with All state and got a 27 dollar increase on my auto insurance for no reason, and so I decided to start shopping around for new insurance. I have never been with State Farm, but once I called in and got my quote, I was extremely happy. Cindy lowered my insurance rate by 80 dollars every month and was very nice and patient with me. I am very satisfied with the team that Andrew has here, everyone is very kind and always available to help me.

If your ever looking for a great storage unit come here.. this is the best place to store your belongings.. besides being very clean the manager here is the best. Julissa is one of the best that I’ve seen in a very long time.. she’s professional and she cares about her clients who rent here.. if there was 10 stars to vote I would give her 11 she runs this place like a champ and makes you feel confident your belongings are safe. Great rates and great service. I used to be with Farmers and my renewal came up with an drastic increase. I live near my Andrew's office and decided to call in, and got my free quote within like 45 minutes, so quick! The rate I got was so much less with the exact same coverages I had when I was with farmers. It's clear that Andrew's office cares so much about their customers and being efficient.
