(December 23, 2022, 5:36 pm)Had to go in twice, getting a throat swab on the second time (which had to be sent to a lab for processing) before I got an accurate diagnosis and prescription to help. But the staff was accommodating and I got followup calls to check on me. It was convenient (not having a personal doctor at the moment) and my insurance covered everything.
It would have been great if they could have pinpointed the problem the first time, but that seems to be par for the course with most medical services these days. -

(December 13, 2022, 7:41 pm)The staff was friendly and respectful. From front office staff, to nurses to the Doctor. The doctor's bedside manner was impeccable, and he listened to my concerns and evaluated me accordingly. I felt my health was trusted in his hands. The wait was short as well, however I did have an appointment scheduled conveniently on their website. I'd definitely recommend! They also have a kids corner, for little ones to distract themselves from feeling overwhelmed.

(December 2, 2022, 8:26 pm)Both times I have used this clinic the staff has been wonderful. They are super quick and assertive! I also appreciate the cleanliness of the waiting area and rooms as well. The staff even follows up with a call and makes sure you are doing better after your visit!

Medical centers I have ever been in…. And I’ve used them 3 times now.
The staff is attentive, caring, and thorough!!! Check in is fast and easy…wait time is never long! Medical team is very attentive and quick to examine, diagnose, and help you get back on your way!!! Also the faculty is always very clean!!!
Every walk in medical facility should model after Apex…
By the way, after ever visit I get a phone call to follow up on my condition and any future needs!
Just dont get that attention anywhere else
