Beautiful independent living for seniors.

I have just moved into an apartment at Arista Riverstone and I am very pleased with my decision. The complex is only about 7 months old and every thing is clean and cared for. The apartments are well designed, have wonderful views, there is a gym/fitness area and some social actives are offered. The best thing about Arista is the people. I was welcomed with like I was a friend. I am looking forward to more social events. I also found that compared with several other places I had looked at, the pricing was reasonable.

Today, I participated in one of best apartment tours that I ever have had the pleasure of receiving. Deborah Walker, you are amazing. Simply put, you should be cloned: Kind, patient, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Deby spent more than 1.5 hours showing me all of the apartments in which I expressed an interest, and all of Arista's amenities. And to characterize the property as impressive is a complete understatement. My advice: If you are so blessed as to be an active senior adult, run to Arista. It is absolutely unbelievably beautiful. Thanks, Deby. I definitely will be one of your new tenants.

Today my husband and I visited the leasing office of Arista Riverstone, a newly-built retirement community in Sugar Land. The structure is absolutely captivating as you drive down University Blvd.---you can’t not notice it. Arista Riverstone is situated behind a lake surrounded by walking paths, a cascading fountain, a pristine white mid-rise resembling a luxury country resort. By the time our appointment concluded, we had a lease agreed upon and every question answered, every box checked, everything we hoped to achieve---we got. Many, many thanks to Ms. Deborah Walker for her gracious accommodation, her professionalism, and the unique ability to make the entire application/leasing process actually enjoyable. Her knowledge of the property, the amenities, the leasing options, etc.---all was defined, presented, and offered seamlessly. We are thrilled to be joining our new neighbors in the New Year for all that awaits us at Arista Riverstone.
