The technician did a really good job. The technician was prompt. The technician was really knowledgeable, and a great troubleshooter. He explained everything that he was doing and was fair in his pricing. He will definitely be my mechanic for future occurrences. I am well pleased with the job he did. I will also share his information with others who may need mechanics. He worked on my 2018 Honda Odyssey, which needed a new radiator fan and relay.

Adam and his assistant came to my home conveniently and knocked out all of the major issues I was having with my vehicle. Before the vehicle would not start and I was very worried but for a phenomenal deal they got it up and running. They replaced my starter, and radiator that I had cracked, gaskets, and put fresh coolant in. Keep in mind this a European vehicle, so I was very lucky to find Brake Savior. This place is amazing 👏 My fiancé has an Audi Q5. The car went to Audi for it's yearly service. They told us the brakes needed replaced, pads and rotors. Their quote was absolutely ridiculous. So I began shopping around. Came across Brake Savior online, so I picked up the phone. Kim was very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling was a breeze and I had the price of service before I got off the phone. Sure enough, Adam showed up at the appointment time, well actually a little early, which is rad. He does the work in a shorter amount of time then we had discussed, (my fiancé had other appointments) goes over the work that's been done with her and was 100% a professional. Turns out that the car needed CV axles in the front replaced, so I bought the parts and already scheduled... 5 stars for sure!

Had issues with my passenger windows not wanting to come down so they ordered the part that was needed and replaced it. Needless to say, my dog is a very happy camper now thanks to the back windows working again!! Overall, it was definitely a friendly, efficient and smooth experience!
