(December 7, 2022, 5:10 pm)I've never had any problems with Aveanna... My sons shipments always comes in on time, unless there's been a delay from the doctor's office or something. They've always been good about making sure that I know of any delays or product changes. And most recently, they have been extremely helpful in making sure my son is fitted and comfortable and wearing the appropriate size of pull-up that he needs and that works for him. I myself don't have any complaints with Aveanna, I'm completely satisfied with everything and I like how the customer reps are just easy-going sometimes and can laugh right along with me about some of the issues we have.

(August 5, 2022, 11:45 am)I wish I was able to give 1000 Stars. In this formula crisis it was difficult to find single can for my baby. As my baby was completely on formula and me traveling out of country had no idea where to get sufficient formula. Doctor passed our information to Aveanna and had us contact them. From the time we reached out its been life saver. At one time I had no formula and it was on Saturday. We just tried to see if they could help but they did send us formula immediately. All the representative were kind and help full. I remember some of them Marlin, Rosana, and all others thank you very much for your help to get out of this difficult situation. You guys are doing such a Wonderfull job serving people in difficult times. Highly recommend this healthcare. You deserve much more
