Specifically, Linda Islet, Andera Thompson, and at times even Mr. Batterson himself. The lead time on quotes, parts, and installation is always quoted quickly and accurately. The consideration and appreciation of time invested is never lacking, and never have I had any of the work completed come back with complaints from the end user. Everyone is always satisfied. I would encourage anyone in the market for any of the many products and services that BTE offers to give Linda and Andera a call. They are hands down the best and most pleasurable ladies to deal with. You are always in good hands with them and Batterson Truck Equipment.
