these guys have an awesome setup. I am an Allied Driver from out of town and had to shuttle delivery 5,000lbs… i was able to get a weight. the people behind the counter were nice. they had plenty of room for us to work. the customer loved us… amazing!

The delivery process was very smooth and quick. They called me numerous times. Now I know they called more but wouldn’t leave a message every time. This could have been Arhaus though. Day of delivery the two men were early which helped me tremendously! When they arrived they were very helpful and let me inspect product prior to leaving inside my home. UNLIKE UPS TWO DAYS PRIOR! UPS would not let me inspect the two boxes they delivered badly damaged with expensive home items IF I OPENED THE BOX. I had to accept them without knowing. Really poor attitude about it too. I was pleasantly surprised with the service from the delivery service from Arhaus! Thank you and GREAT JOB!!

Jess and his co-worker did an excellent job on our delivery! They were courteous and so careful with carrying this heavy piece up the stairs to its new place. I could not be more pleased.
