Big John and his crew are so impressive! His crew came to my home to install a new toilet that I purchased from Home Depot. When they opened the box they discovered the tank cover was broken. Within 5 minutes Big John personally came to my house and took the broken tank cover to Home Depot (even though his company didn’t provide the toilet and didn’t have to assume any of that responsibility ). He returned with a new tank cover. This man went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. No extra charge! And the cost to install the toilet was so impressively reasonable. This family owned business will be my go to company for all our plumbing needs. Thank you Big John and staff! Great and honest plumbing service that is rare to find nowadays. We used them today for the second time, and this time it was a toilet whose water turned hot after a couple of flushes since we bought the house. They told me upfront that it could become costly if they'd have to put a new cold water line down to the toilet, but instead of doing the quick and expensive fix, they spent about an hour to find the issue, which was a cold water pipe being connected to the hot one. Two caps later and the problem was fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new cold water line. Highly recommended!
