I did a free week of BNKR and was not sure what to expect. I was nervous to try a new place and not know anyone. However, Liz and the other trainers, like Efren were so helpful, kind, and patient. Liz even partnered with me on the partner workout. Not only were the trainers helpful, but the people working out were also welcoming and kind! I took the plunge to sign up because it’s the type of workout and environment I am looking for! If you are looking for a challenging yet fun workout where you will grow, then BNKR is the place!

Serious fitness and wellness here. This industrial but serious place is about you and getting to your goals.

Hours are: Mon-Thurs: 0500-1000 and 1600-2100 (4-9pm) with Friday 0500-1000 and 1600-2000 (4-8pm)

Just off Crab River and behind the Bucees- it’s tucked away but not hidden. The Dental office is out front.

The facility has handicap accessible parking and while the main entrance isn’t automated- it’s passable. Ample parking.

Initially the idea of joining a new gym was terrifying but now I regret not joining sooner. It’s perfect for anyone no matter where you are on your fitness journey because you are encouraged to work at your own pace. The coaches also make it fun with their crazy sense of humor.

The best gym I have been a part of. If you are looking to transform your life I recommend checking out BNKR. The workout programming and coaching will take you to the level you are seeking if you commit to it. The community is also great for fostering good health and well being.
