I would definitely recommend getting a account with bvscu even if it's just a savings account. The process was fast & easy. I just showed up without an appointment & I was able to see someone to open a savings account quickly. I appreciated how they took their time with me, it didn't feel like I was being rushed in & out & explained everything simple to me about opening an account & the process as well as other stuff. Wanna give a big shoutout to Desiree Guerra for everything. She was able to help me with the 1st time auto buyers loan & get me a new, reliable car that I always wanted. She was really patient, polite, helpful & was always available when I needed her or she would get back to me in a timely manner. She was thorough with the process, explained everything to me & I was able to get a car that was worth the price & fit my budget. Seriously, whoever's reading this give her a raise for going above & beyond for helping a 1st time car buyer like myself!!! :D

Jasmine Charles provided excellent customer service and had a positive attitude. She answered all of my questions with ease ! I was very impressed with her professionalism and I will be gladly coming back to Brazos Valley and, I hope to have her as my teller each time i come back.

Working with Tanisha Campbell at the Mustang Avenue location was wonderful. I've worked with lots of banks and credit unions in my time , but this location was great.
