Since 2003, we have loved and trusted our pack with Dr. Hennessey. It's been great to see him open and expand his practice. All the staff is kind, respectful and caring. Over the years we've entrusted dogs, cats and ferrets to their care. Everything from checkups to surgery. Aside from a fantastic bedside manner, the thing I appreciate most is their ability to explain and go over treatment options. HIGHLY recommend this team for your pet care needs!

Update: unfortunately, I had to put my 12.5 y/o Chihuahua down on September 4th. Everyone was so nice and we had plenty of time with Papi before they gave him the final dose of Propofol. I was able to hold him until the light in his eyes were gone, and I was ready to let go. I will forever be grateful for that and for the professionalism of the staff. Also, KK (Kelsey) is my favorite!! She's always so positive, upbeat, and professional!! 💜

I can’t say enough good things about our dogs boarding experience! The cypress fair haven staff are an amazing group who really care for the animals staying with them. We have a very reactive and defensive dog who has never been boarded, and she more than exceeded our expectations. The daily report cards telling you how your dog is doing, sending photos, and how much they’re eating are an amazing feature. She had a big “luxury” room with all day access to her personal outside area. Our girl had the best time and we are so thankful! Ps-they don’t charge an arm and a leg which is appreciated in these current times.

I have been taking my cat here for the past 6 years! She was spayed here, all of her vaccines, check-ups, etc. have all been done here, this is her only Vet she’s seen and I don’t plan on changing!
The staff is always sweet with her and they answer every question I have with kindness & make sure I really understand what they’re telling me. This was my first in-person visit to the new building since COVID and it’s beautiful! Very clean and spacious.
I appreciate everything they’ve done for me & my cat in these past years and I’m grateful to have them as her vet for the future!

We had to put out dog down, Max, because he had bone cancer and was in a lot of pain. He was being treated elsewhere, but chose Fairhaven for his end of life procedure because we had heard great things about them.
And they were right to refer.
They let us make a same day appointment. Our Max was in so much pain, they did not delay and did not complicate things. They were so kind and patient and thoughtful.They also did not over charge, which was a big surprise, because the place looks really nice and clean and kind of new. Thank you so much for being there for our Max in this way, it meant so much.

Wonderful Counselor and the best for Children, as well as couples!! Would recommend to everyone!!!
