(February 2, 2023, 2:10 pm)I came in today for a 3rd opinion and I have to say good customer service seems to be hard these days but as soon as I walked in, everyone was very nice and professional from the Administration Assistants in the front to all the clinicians assisting the physicians. Dr. Suneja was so unbelievably humble, compassionate, knowledgeable and was very thorough. He put me at ease and I’m so fortunate to have found him and will continue my care with him.

I have been a patient with Dr. Suneja for over 20 years. During that time I have received the best compassionate and effective care from him and his associate Dr. Pai! Also his support staff are very pleasant and approachable. -

All of the staff I interacted with knew exactly what they were doing and that is a testament to the compassion and caring of the physicians. Sure, there was some waiting around, but I was expecting it given the quality of the care provided and the thoroughness of the physicians. They actually spend time with their patients and walk them through what can be scary circumstances with heart health (nothing more important than that). I would rather wait and receive quality treatment than feel rushed or like I am just another patient ID number. I feel fortunate to be a patient at the Cardiology Center of Houston, knowing that I am getting the best care around!
