I HIGHLY Recommend this company. Not only for the fact that their customer service is grade A, but also because their main priority is making sure that you love the product. I ordered around 50 tees from them and wasn’t happy with the color of the print when I received them. That’s just the nature of t-shirt printing and can happen when you’re working with digital proofs. They offered to reprint the whole order for me if I would cover just the cost of the blank tees(which absolutely makes sense.) The person I spoke to (I’m not sure what her name is) was very kind and patient. She promptly spoke with the manager to see what they could do. They totally didn’t have to offer to do this, but they did and it saved me a lot of time and trouble. I feel like this is a true reflection of how much they care about their craft and their customers. Customer service 10/10, product 10/10, responsiveness 10/10, overall attitude and work ethic 20/10. I will definitely be using them again in the future. They also take orders for embroidery which is super cool! You can kill 2 birds with 1 stone and get everything you need through them without having to hunt down a place for embroidery 🥳🙌🙌

I ordered shirts from another place out of town and two days before I needed the shirts the lady told me she had an emergency and wouldn’t have the shirts done on time. My friend recommended Caught in Customs to me. I called and told them what I needed and when I needed it and without hesitation they took my order and made sure I had the shirts expeditiously (with in 2days). The graphics came out perfect, the printing, and quality of the shirts were perfect. Needless to say we ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR SHIRTS!

I have been in business with caught in custom since 2009 and let me say the quality and professionalism has been at its highest level. The owner, Shaun Davis is passionate about his company's reputation and work and it shows in the customers project. It's been ten years working with Caught in Customs and they have never let me down. Stop looking else where and give them a call.

I’ve used Caught in Customs for several of my print needs - screened t-shirts, etc. and they always deliver in a timely manner. I’ve used them for 8 years and would think of going anywhere else. Highly recommended!
