Alexa at the 43rd location is so awesome. She's always available to answer your questions and goes over and beyond for your concerns. Thank you Alexa. I don't even have a unit at this location, but I know I can call her, awesome feeling.☺️

My visit here was great! Alexa was very informative and helpful. Make sure you ask for her ;) I appreciate it so much, as someone using storage for the first time she made it seem simple and easy when it can be stressful. And on top of that the place is clean and well kept up. I would definitely recommend!

Cherlicx did an amazing job on trying to understand what I’d be storing in order to get me the best unit size and spoke to me about the procedures that Metro Self Storage has to ensure each guest is allowed to store their belongings safely including how to lock the unit correctly. And most importantly ensured I understood the payment methods I could use and what would work best so that nothing would happen to my belongings on my part. Thank you so much to her being such a sweet person I was able to get a unit right away with no issues.
