Cortland Seven Meadows

Before I move in, one package had already got stolen. I have a standing desk delivered on Sunday (with a delivery picture), but nothing was there when the staff went to check it on Monday. Shock by the security issue here.

I had the pleasure of working with Ericka from the leasing office, and I have to say that she was absolutely fantastic!
Ericka was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about the leasing process. She was proactive in communicating with me and made sure that my package was safely secured until I could come and pick it up. Her attention to detail and willingness to help in any way possible really made the leasing experience a great one. Can’t wait to move in!

We had a wonderful experience here at Cortland Seven Meadows. The office staff, especially Ericka and Ashley, were always available, attentive and really cared about our experience as residents. The maintenance staff is amazing! They are always going above and beyond. We will miss the overall environment and people, it is definitely a rare combination to find.

Just renewed my lease for another year! For the past two years this has been a great place to live with staff that is always quick to help and friendly. Haven't had a ton of issues needing maintenance, but the few times I have were handled quickly and completely. No issues with neighbors/bugs/mail- or any of the other things that can make an apartment a nightmare. Highly recommended!

I love living in Cortland seven Meadows, my apartment is very beautiful, spacious, with well-distributed areas, I love its community, you find many kind people, its green areas are always impeccable, I really like the maintenance staff because they solve quickly and They are very kind and professional people, just like in the office they are very kind, and always willing to assist you. The pool and gym area always clean and in order.

My daughter and I have lived here for 3 years and love it! Well maintained grounds and amenities, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, parking is good, great schools, close to everything, apartment is fairly quiet and the staff is so sweet and helpful!!! Today the printer wasn’t working in the office and Ericka was sweet enough to print what I needed for me!!! I was so grateful!!! Thanks Ericka!

On January 29, 2020, my daughter and I visited the Cortland Seven Meadows Apartment complex to view their floor plans, amenities and get the price information. We were greeted by Mrs. Maggie Maybit who had a beautiful smile and a kind and positive vibe. She gave me the information I needed, took us to look at several different apartments and showed us the amenities. She asked if we needed anything to drink while we waited and was super sweet to my daughter, letting her eat as much candy as she wanted. The apartments were very nice and clean. We had such a great experience! I would definitely recommend this place!
