David assisted us in purchasing a home in Cinco Ranch. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the current market. He was very friendly but applied pressure to the buyers' agent as necessary to make the deal work. I would definitely recommend him!!

After arriving in Texas three years ago, we set our heart on a home with a couple of acres. We met David after stopping by one of his listings. Rather than trying to hard sell us on the home, he took the time to find out what we really wanted. We ended up looking at other homes and David made himself available at a moments notice to view homes (even during heavy rain storms). Finally we found the property we wanted. He helped us buy the new home and lease out our current home. Each step of the way, David took the time to explain our options. It's been a year since then and David continues to engage us. We continue to ask him for advise and support for our rental which he readily provides. David is our first call for all real estate needs. We've enjoyed getting to know David and his lovely wife.
