Discovery at Shadow Creek Ranch

I am happy to say that I love my apartments ; from management all the down to maintenance. Everyone is so professional , nice , and willing to help you out in anyway that they can. Office personnel are very nice people also. Anytime there is a problem within your apartment ; it gets handled ASAP. Maintenance is on it very quickly. 👍

Been staying since July and every issue or question I have come across pertaining to the complex has been addressed promptly and kindly. The staff is AMAZING and maintenance is super quick to resolve even when I put the concern as “LOW PRIORITY” (I don’t think I’ve had to wait more than a day). I truly believe the staff here care about their tenants and wil make sure to call you back if they miss your call.
As far as amenities, everything has been spick and span besides what they can’t control (tenant-caused issues like clothes being left in the pool lounge area). The community center always looks like it hasn’t been touched and my husband cancelled his gym membership since the gym in the complex offers everything he needs. My three year old loves the playground and ask to go every day which makes me happy.
There is an officer who stays in the complex and who’s happy to address any grievances. We caught him in the parking lot and he was very nice, gave us his apartment number, and told us to “bother” him anytime. He also gave my son a badge sticker, which he wore the whole day haha.
Even when I think there’s a con about the apartment, I share it with the staff, and they resolve it quickly. So… no cons here :)

I really enjoyed my time living at this property and had absolutely no issues. Maintenance was always quick when there was an issue, but all the appliances were new and stainless steel. The staff here was professional and always helpful Monique and Lily will handle everything with care. Only moved to live in another state but this property is an easy yes, clean and quiet. Pool is amazing and gym just got renovated!

I've lived here for about 2 months . I haven't had any big issues thus far. I wanted to give a shout out to Lili who has been very kind and helpful from day 1 when I came for a tour. She went above and beyond the other day helping me get a package out of the package delivery boxes that was stuffed in way too tightly by the delivery person. I just asked her for a tool and instead she took time out to come and help me. I appreciate that kind of care and professionalism.
