Exceptional service. I have been working for one of the top service industry for many years and we take pride in excellent customer service. Therefore it’s not easy to find the same level of service back however some of the employees here really stood out! The purchasing process was really fast with excellent customer service especially by the sales guy, Mr Waleed, whom I highly recommend and his sales manager, Binz (if I got his name right). To secure a loan through their experts financial manager, Mr Jason Clark, was a breeze too. Finally one person, Mr Kingsley, went over and beyond as instructed by another manager (wished I knew his name) to collect my car under the pouring rain and parked it under a sheltered bay so I wouldn’t get drenched! Didn’t expect this high level of customer service from Toyota! Thank you everyone! It was a really good experience and will definitely recommend my friends here.

My experience with Don McGill Toyota was better than I expected . Mario Gonzalezz assisted me through the whole process he was very knowledgeable, great communication ,assisted me with anything I needed,attentive, and set me up with my ideal vehicle 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a longtime. If I had to rate the experience it be a 10/10 and I’d 100 % recommend him and stopping by here if interested in a used/new vehicle.

Great Cars! Great Service! Great People! I have been impressed with Don McGill Toyota from start to finish. Beginning with the purchase of my 2021 RAV 4 from Andre who found the perfect vehicle for me even though inventory was tight. He even helped me accessorize the vehicle with a fine leather interior and top end wheels. This dealership has an in-house Allstate office, headed by Lloyd Rachal We met with him, and ended up changing insurance at a better price for the same coverage. Lloyd even bought my trade-in truck for his son. Finally the service department here is top notch. They are friendly, efficient and fast! It is a pleasure doing business here .Everyone greets you with a smile. My routine service today was finished within 25 minutes Highly recommended!
