The most amazing team ever! Samantha Demuren is a Goddess! It was an honor to have her on my case and Only God knew who and what I needed! Honorable mention to Cory Itkin who helped in getting the case settled in her absence! Honestly, this is the dream team and everyone is equally powerful! If you need lawyers, this is where you want to be!

I haven't received a settlement yet. And it has been quite some time, however, litigation, particularly in this country can be lengthy. I writing this for all who are complaining that after a year or two they have received no settlement. I know it is hard for you, I myself have gone through a long and arduous chemo therapy to try to curb my leukemia, and it indeed surpasses the cost that any insurance company is willing to pay. But I know that a legal system is often slow, and not like an episode of Perry Mason where a case is wrap up in 30 minutes. More often than not, it does take years. For those of you, who are complaining that this is the fourth or fifth year that they have had your case if yours is like mine, your lawyers are fighting a Behemoth company (mine is Monsanto) with a fleet of lawyers who are looking for every loophole not to pay you. This is time consuming and your lawyers won't have the time to contact you because they are busy working on your case. Every time I have called someone has been able to update me in a reasonable manner with information that let's me know that are moving forward. If you are as I am most likely you are quite ill and your time is limited and I know that money is important especially when you are ill. But your lawyers are not gods, and in a imperfect legal system there is only so much that they control. And even with poor reviews which I have seen here, they have taken the time to respond to those. Try to remember that they are fighting giants for your cause and you should be on their side.

Arnold & Itkin along with their firm, are the absolute best law firm. The people were very pleasant all the time. This is a law firm you do not have to call and nag at all. Dr. Wolfe and the staff at Texas Children’s are amazing! Our daughter came in to the ER with SVT (HR of 230). The staff were all over her. Dr. Wolfe rushed in (even sent a colleague down to check on our daughter because he wanted to make sure she was seen ASAP)! I am in awe of this amazing team. They resolved my daughters issue and Dr. Wolfe explained things beautifully. He answered every possible question before we could even ask. He drew us pictures and wrote things down. He gave us every piece of mind a worried parent would hope for. I love this hospital and it’s staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Wolfe!
