If you guys are looking for an amazing company to help you with your security needs, you have come to the right place. EVERY employee I have come in contact with has been amazing!! Ms. Luna and the owner Mr. Oscar have gone above and beyond for my family who relocated to the Houston area from Oregon ! I truly can not say enough nice things about eagle pro. Let’s be honest no matter where you are or what you are doing things don’t always go as planned. These guys make it seem like it’s no biggy. I would recommend them every day all day. Call to ask help with my security apps on phone. Was told by Luna my son and I had already made 2 free services calls for the year and it would cost me $35 for tech to come out and show me how to get the securit cameras on my phone to work. I'm an older woman so I'm not as tech swavey. They said they would call me and Oscar would walk me through over the phone at no charge. No call from him. Oscar seems to be a wonderful person but not a good business one.
The company called and address my issue and corrected problem. They were helpful in resolving my problem. Thanks

Thank you Eagle Pro Tech for the prompt action taken regarding my security cameras and the upgrade of my home automation system. I’ve had Eagle Pro Tech services for 5 years. The feeling of security invaluable after a home invasion attempt 6 years ago. My calls for maintenance checks to keep things current have been few, but the dealings with Oscar Mendez have been not only competent, but courteous and very professional. Oscar was not only pleasant but also articulate and patient in explaining the system as well as repairing the fault and explaining what happened. My recent service was June 27th, system was upgraded and new features were added, Oscar was the service technician who made the house call. I was very impressed by the lengths he went to, checking things as requested and the expeditiously of his work. Such job performance and professionalism redound both to his credit and to the quality of service. Thank you again. You are to be commended for your professionalism and knowledge.
