This is 2nd time getting service here. Good service and they try to get me out ASAP. Prices are decent but could be better. This location is always busy and that is a sign of good work??? I do recommend, thus far. And i will return in future.

I really like coming here for my basic auto care. They make it so easy for me drop off my vehicle and when they call me to tell me I can come pick it up, they have already taken care of my payment and I only need to walk in, grab my keys and receipt, and go. They are always friendly, and they always find the time to work on my car and get it back to me same day. The only time they take their time is when I tell them they can keep it overnight. There are a lot of other places I can go, but every time I go to make that choice, I realize there is no other choice. I highly recommend this Firestone.

Best Firestone I've been to lately. Have had a sour taste after failure to get the services I dropped the truck at two other firestones. Tommy took care of my truck and I highly recommend asking for him if you need more than tires or oil. He changed out both of my CV Axels in under 2 hours.

I originally went to Firestone because my brother used to always frequent one of the the locations in Oklahoma. I needed all new tires and checked Discount Tire, Walmart, and many other places and some were very helpful in pricing and install time and just when I was going to get them done at Sam's Club, Firestone ended up earning my business. The first day that I came to this location near me in Houston, Jarvis took care of me and was so kind and helpful. He looked up the information I gave him in the system and set me an appointment for the following day. The following day I came and they were able to take a look at everything and then provide me with a call back with pricing. I did not like the pricing that they were giving me for the amount of miles so I called Sam's Club and they were able to quote me excellent prices which included a rebate and lifetime warranty. I called Firestone and let them know that I was going to pick up my car and one of the managers, Victoria, asked me why. I let her know and she was so graceful and ensured me that she could find something similar and price match what they had quoted me. I was convinced that it could not be done but she was so thorough and kind and went above and beyond in researching and finding me the best Firestone tire match that was already in stock. Since I work from home primarily, I was not too concerned about the time that it needed to be installed but I did want a great price for all four tires that is reliable. She was able to price match and include the warranty on the tires and she ensured me that I could bring it back within a certain amount of time if I discovered that the tires did not work well. So far, the tires seem to work fine and I will report to them if anything happens. The reason why I decided to do this review is because I really appreciate how genuine and kind and thorough Jarvis and Victoria were throughout entire process. It does not go unnoticed!

I have used Eddie's for many local moves and never had a bad experience. Now I want to hire him again and the phone is not working. Does anyone know how to reach Eddie?
