I find Dr. Kithenini really good, concerned, thorough and compassionate. Her staff also cares. They sometimes have trouble getting back to you but I have just decided to keep calling myself. There hours fluctuate as Dr. K shares her time with another place. I do wish they would look into different labs to work with as the one they are using doesn't seem to do all they ask and does not give as in-depth reporting as I have experienced with others.
I have been going here for 5yrs. Dr. Ketheneni is caring with a great bedside manner. She is extremely thorough and keeps up with her patients. When I had to get a new doctor due to insurance it was tough to go elsewhere. However, she put me at ease and love her and the staff. I have referred my mother and my sister and they are grateful for it.
I am greeted warmly when I come in, and the staff treat me like I matter. Dr. Kethenini is very thorough and decided to help me more than I expected. She took the time to listen and made me feel like my concerns were valid and important. And as with any doctor's office, you may have to wait, but I have always been seen within a reasonable amount of time.
No doctor's office will be perfect, and waits are common anywhere. Even with no one in the waiting room, one never knows what is going on with patients behind closed doors. Yes, our time is valuable, but we need to be understanding. Our family started going to the location in Cypress 10 years ago, and while there were bumps along the road (mostly during front desk staff changes), we loved JP and Dr's Kethineni and Garcia (not to mention sweet nurse Daisy
