Bought most of my APPLE products here. While you can probably find the same ones cheaper elsewhere, you wont find them in better condition. To the people giving bad reviews because they thought this store sold PC products, that is hilarious! The title itself should be a play on words of MAC, meaning they are showing you they specialize in MAC products only. Why put bad reviews on a business when you didnt use common sense and read? They fix phones and I am fixing to take the iMac I bought here for repairs if they can do it,People aggravate me.

Patricia and her team are incredible! After going through nonsense at the Apple Store to have a battery replaced in a MacBook, I called Experimax. They not only had the battery in stock, but got the repair done within an hour (whereas Apple was 5 - 7 business days)! They were personable. They were helpful. I will definitely be working with them in the future should I need to have work done, or even to buy a new laptop. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I especially like that they are a small business owned by a woman who is clearly an expert in her field!

My Track Pad was acting bad on my old MacBook Pro. I thought I needed a new one. Took it over to Experimax in The Heights and Lizbeth and Tana found it was the battery expanding causing the Track Pad to malfunction. They replaced the battery in just a few minutes. Saved me some money. Thank you to Lizbeth and Tana. A+

I had a great experience coming here for a cracked iPhone screen. The owners and their staff are incredibly kind and friendly. They had my screen finished within an hour and charged me half the price of the other stores I received quotes from. The store is well maintained and very clean. It’s such a plus to know that by coming here, you’re supporting a family-owned business!
