F45 Training Cinco Ranch West

I’ve been coming to F45 CRW since the doors open over 5 years ago. The workouts are different everyday and great for all fitness levels. I love the challenge and motivation I get from the coaches. And I cannot say enough good things about the community. It’s truly the BEST gym I’ve been a part of.

Motivating coaches with a great community!!! I have been a member of F45 Cinco Ranch West for 2.5 years, and I got pregnant shortly after joining. I was able to continue the classes (with modifications) throughout my pregnancy and continued attending postpartum. F45 has been a great way to start my day with dedicating 45 minutes to myself. Try a class, you won’t regret it!

I have been coming to F45 for almost 4 years now and I’ll keep coming back. The workouts are exactly what I need as a busy mom of 3. 45 mins start to finish. The coaches are amazing and push me to be a better version of myself with each workout. I am thankful for this gym & the community. It is like nothing else. If you are on the fence I encourage you to just do it. You won’t regret it!

I have been a member of F45 West Cinco Ranch since it has opened. I absolutely love the way the trainers maintain a positive and encouraging environment. The community you’ll find at F45 is positive, friendly, and encouraging. Classes are short and highly effective. There is not another studio in this area to offer extra early group fitness classes at 4:30 AM. This affords me time to exercise and time to get everything done in my day because I get my workout done early! My day is always better when I start it with an F45 workout! Come try it yall, you won’t regret it!

Awesome gym. I have been here for over a week now and this is exactly what I needed. The coaches are genuine and really good at keeping you focused and informed about the movements for each workout. If you are on the fence at least try out their one week trial membership. I did and now I'm signed up for their 6 months of training. For months I told myself I would at least drive over there and talk to them about their gym and finally did. That's really the only hurdle. Once you do that and try just one workout, you will see it's for you.
