Fred Loya Insurance

I highly recommend giving Fred Loya a call for auto insurance & saving yourself from the onslaught of telemarketer calls resulting from entering your info anywhere online. Liliana was extremely helpful, explained everything perfectly & to the point. I was recently put in a weird situation with Progressive who was actually giving me a decent rate for some time until I had to pause my policy for a little under 2 months. A mechanic at Archer Kia screwed up my car's engine so badly it was undriveable, so my plan was to start my policy up again once I was able to get another vehicle. Progressive made it seem like that wouldn't be a problem back in July, however when I called them this month to reinstate my service a different representative informed me that they dramatically increased my rate, with no explanation other than "Well you should have just kept paying the insurance even if you didn't have a vehicle for that time.." honestly crazy. I have zero accidents, DUI's or anything on my driving record to justify the sudden increase. The insurance world is confusing at least and financially predatory/inhumane at its worst. Fred Loya was a night&day experience. They were down to earth, hands-on, and willing to get me a truly affordable rate. Paying for 3-months in advance had them beat my previous "decent" rate by $10-15, and they even gave me the option to switch back to monthly installments at the next billing cycle to keep things doable in the event I don't have $200+ to put towards insurance during Christmas. Really appreciate y'all . Fred Loya has my vote on recieving the car keys to the city.

Jesus was very helpful and great customer service. He answered all my questions and explained to me the process of how to add another vehicle. Ask for Jesus!

Today I visited the office on jones/1960 and had the pleasure of meeting Jesus. He is exceptionally great at his job he explained everything perfectly in order for me to understand my policy after all these years with FRED LOYA. I'm very satisfied.
