Of all the martial arts programs that exist, none are like this. This is NOT the aerobics and daycare every other school does. I'm a life long martial artist, and I haven't seen a program like this in a long time. It's eclectic and comprehensive, serving bona fide, combined systems to dominate in self defense and sports fighting. I'm absolutely impressed with Master Rovak's prowess of bringing back the combative arts yoked by historical wrongs, but it's his passion to teach his findings and compassion to grow future warriors that puts it over the edge. If you want to learn how to protect yourself and your family or bring your children up with actual skills in the martial ways, there isn't any other school to attend but this one. No gimmicks, no nonsense, this school is legit.

It is a hidden gem. I'm glad to find out this martial arts class for my kids, 5 min from home. Master is very experienced and skilled. He knows multiple martial arts and choose the best technique from each to teach.
