Gas Product Services loves your fireplaces more than you do. I emailed them and they called back and explained how to fix my problem without a service call. That’s excellent service. Thank you!
I called this company about half a year ago. I needed a gas line run from the gas source to an outdoor grill. I'm not sure what happened but I didn't hear back from them.
I called some plumbers to quote the job and two different plumbers quoted almost $5,000 to run the gas line about 30 ft. So I decided against that and chose to convert my grill, that is setup for natural gas, to propane. I called a local business, Cunningham Gas, and they gave me the number of Gas Product Services. I called them again and the owner suggested a gas line. I mentioned the quotes from the plumbers and he said he could beat their prices. But just in case, he would be prepared to do a propane conversion if I didn't like the gas line quote.
That was Monday, he showed up on Wednesday took a look around and gave me a quote that blew the other ones out of the water. I agreed, and in 1 and a half hours later my grill is burning hot and I have a gas line in my yard.
The owner was very nice and his worker was quick and friendly. They answered every, probably dumb, question I had about what was going on and what they were doing. We talked about other issues I had with my home and the owner gave me some contacts to address those issues too.
Other than the hiccup the first time I called these guys, they gave perfect service at an amazing cost. I will definitely use them again.
