(December 13, 2022, 11:33 am)Eric Moncada and the team from Golden Ridge Roofing did a great job on my roof. I wanted the new roof in preparation for the sale of my house. The transferable warranty on the GAF roof made the house more marketable to prospective buyers. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs or considering s brand new roof.

Golden Ridge Roofing came to the rescue (and in the less than a week) they installed a GAF certified roof, new rafters, repaired the damaged roofing plywood, and replaced all the siding on the home. They also painted the exterior of house to match my designers specs.
The process, communication, and work is well above 5 stars and I highly recommend their serivces!!
