Service is great. The staff was so helpful and attentive. They're not like the other boost company that will charge you a lit just for activating your new cellphone.

Desperately looking for a phone to upgrade and a store to have it, I had to drive for almost an hour because this store is well stocked up on a variety of phones!
Was greeted by Jimmy... the very happy and nice salesman.
Jimmy was AMAZING! He worked with us and got us what we needed.
Will definately come back!

Mary was great today. My phone number was terminated and not sure why but she was very helpful and understanding and helped me the best way she could. Even offered to call and get refund for me for my prior payment of February phone plan. Awesome. She usually works at Stafford location however.

I came to this store tonight for a screen protector for my Moto g pure and the man who helped me with cleaning and installing my new totally awesome screen protector couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. An excellent gentleman to talk smartphones and cases and screen protectors with. Wonderful conversationalist understanding and super helpful. I will continue to come to this Boost Mobile Store from now on. A soilid 12 out of 12 .
