I had to rearrange my appointment due to my own forgetfulness and he was very accommodating and made it in the short window I was available. He explained so I'm of the differences in the products they use and was very thorough. I'm not yet certain about the effectiveness of the product, but so far impressed with the service. The team handling scheduling was also very easy to work with.
