Was my first time using Pods service and I will say it was really a professional and an easy process. Did not have a physical contact with my drivers but they communicated effectively. Customer service was helpful as well. God bless!

We rented a POD for a home renovation. We needed to store some materials and personal belongings to clear the work area and garage for easier access. The company was recommended by a colleague who used this service for a similar reason. The rental was very straightforward using the PODs website. When the POD was delivered it placed exactly where I wanted. The driver was very professional and thorough. The POD was also picked up on time and the driver was polite and efficient. We had to reschedule several times the pickup date to return the POD and we were able to do this easily and without limit or extra charges.
The rentals run by complete month. It would be better if the last month's rate could be prorated to the actual usage instead of paying the full month even when the POD would be returned earlier.
Be aware that there are PODs with translucent roof (made of white plastic). After 6 months of use I had UV damage to some of my personal belongings; so, if you need the storage to have light inside, great, but if you don't, make sure you ask for a solid container. My other recommendation is to inspect the POD before you load it for leaks. My POD had a leak somewhere. I didn't realize because the POD was delivered in June during the drought we had this year. I packed it very tightly so when the rains started, I didn't know my home goods were getting wet on the very back of the POD until the day I emptied it. I would run a water hose through the roof and walls next time I have to rent one.
Overall, good service and although expensive, it is very efficient, convenient and effective.

Whenever I see her she is always diligently tending to store operations and outside work and the appearance of this store!

Her team however, I can not attest the same for.

This particular time I came in, the behind the counter staff were having inappropriate back and forth banter about the checking out of customers and what time they are supposed to clock out and leave in regards to helping out and tidying up. One of the team members was even on the phone while checking out. Speaker phone.
If my review was done on Deanna’s team alone it’d be a one star.

Great management awesome cashiers i never seen that kind of outstanding services in gas stations all are dressed very professional behavior is like a family and very very clean and smell always different & awesome. their prices are very low and they have bunch of specials like monster coke gatorade and always lowest gas price in town restrooms are very clean and smell good i strongly recommend to visit handi stop shadow creek is best of all.

Let me just say that Syed who works the front is awesome! Hands down best customer service. He really gets to know his regular customers and as soon as me or my husband walk in he has my husbands pack of cigarettes ready we don't even ask!! It sounds silly but the fact that someone pays attention and has everything ready makes it even faster service. He pays attention and he dont just try to brush you out the door he engages with his customers. Thank you for the outstanding customer service! I honestly would be upset if he left lol!

Nice and clean. Very convenient for west Shadow Creek on Shadow Creek Pkwy. Individual sodas are pricey but they currently have a discount if you buy two, which keeps it on par with other places. They have a nice selection of ball caps.
