Customer service is a bit dry. They're not rude, however, never expect to see a friendly smile from any staff member. Also, there's only drive-thru window service.

Service is a little slow but these two ladies are sweet and work hard. Everything was fresh and hot. They ask if you want anything not on the buffet. She fried me some gizzards that were on point. Nice and clean place. Locals are friendly here.

When I pulled up, there was a sign on the door stating that only the drive-thru was open. I don't know the reasoning for this, but it is unfortunate for those that may have wanted the buffet. I was picking up some food to go for the family so this wasn't an issue, except having to spend a little time in the drive-thru waiting to place my order and picking it up from the window. When I did make it to the order board, the lady was very nice, as well as the lady that gave me my order. I couldn't give a rating on the atmosphere because I wasn't able to go inside. Other than that, everything went well and the family enjoyed their food.
