Maynard Lanham from Holden Roofing was the consultant that worked with me getting a new roof. He was very professional and informative on all my options. He explained every detail of the his process along with stepping me through the insurance and HOA paperwork. The supplies were dropped off on a Friday and the roof was started and finished on Monday. It was nice coming home from work to see the new roof. The overall experience was really good. I would recommend using Maynard if you are looking for a trustworthy informative roofer.

I noticed people around my neighborhood getting new roofs so I reached out to Holden Roofing based on their google reviews. Thomas Free came out to do an inspection and was very professional. I was hesitant at first expecting a pushy salesman but Thomas was upfront and honest. At no cost to me, Thomas went above and beyond taking photos and working with the adjusters to get my roof covered under insurance. After being approved and the installation was complete, Thomas was there every step of the way and still calls to check on the roof. Holden Roofing and their staff is someone you can trust.

From the beginning, Maynard Lanham was every bit the professional. He was courteous and responsive, answering my questions and keeping me informed during the process. He helped me with the insurance claim and explained what to expect - and things went almost exactly how he said they would. When the day came, the work crew showed up just at day break, and worked to finish a complete roof replacement, including the decking, in one day. They did a great job with the clean up too! The gutters were put on the next day, and the final follow up for a handful of window screen repairs done about a week later. Overall, a great experience! And because of the great customer service from Maynard and others, and the top notch job by the crew, I highly recommend Holden Roofing.

Holden Roofing was working on my neighbors house and their rep. Thomas Free walked over to my house an offered a free inspection. They inspected the roof, took pictures of damaged areas (Roof Sealing and Damaged Chimney) and gave me a fair estimate over email with absolutely no pressure sales. Once I approved, they got the the job done within two weeks. The company is very accessible and Thomas typically calls back very quickly. Very easy to work with.
