Great experience! Arnold & Ruben were friendly and knowledgeable and the installers were too. Replaced carpet with tile that looks like wood. Very happy!

Very nice clean storage. The personnel there at the front desk name was Tom. He were very nice and full of energy. He really made me comfortable with renting a storage from this facility. I would recommend others there.

CubeSmart has been great for all my storage needs. Sarah and the rest of the team are wonderful in getting any issues i have solved and eradicated with ease. Sarah has been very consistent with communication and let’s me know if I need to handle anything. Great storage unit location and would definitely recommend.

We are so thrilled to find this storage facility! Great prices. But the staff, wow! Excellent! We want to thank Tom! He knew we were coming in late. He called before they closed and told us if we had any difficulties getting in late what to do and he would come over and get us in. He let us in at 12:30am. Bless his heart! He is a Earth Angel indeed! You need to keep this man around! He is a wonderful wonderful soul! We are so grateful for you Tom. 🙏 We would give you 100 stars for being so kind and understanding!
The units are climate controlled. Nice and clean. They patrol!!!! We are very happy!

We had beautiful new carpet installed in our bedrooms and closets by Ideal Carpet in Richmond. Ruben was very helpful with the selection and we were able to quickly get a quote. All went smoothly with the installation and the installers were courteous and professional. We are very satisfied with Ideal Carpet and will definitely use them in the future.

We just had wood flooring installed in our office by Ideal. From walking into the store shopping for wood to installation everything has been wonderful. Ruben is very kind and knowledgeable. All the guys that have come to the house were super kind and great at their jobs! We have many more projects that we want to do around the house, and we are so happy we found Ideal because now we have a place to keep coming back to!!

Professional, easy to work with, and great looking floors! I loved working with Ideal. Reuben and Arnold were great to work with. I am a local business owner and had a small window of time to get my floors redone for my new office space and they were able to accommodate me sooner than anticipated. Going to Ideal Carpet and Flooring was the best decision I’ve made in 2021. Arnold and Ruben were helpful. They made the process very easy. Then last week Jericho and his son Darko showed up to begin installing my new amazing floors. These two are such a talented team. I don’t even have words good enough to describe how great they were. They were polite, cautious, kept things clean somehow, fast, and just really good at what they do. I’m very happy with Ideal Carpet and Flooring. If only the rest of my house looked as good as the floors. Oh and they also do financing if needed.
