Had an amazing experience with Dr. Nguyen! She was very thorough with the examination and they had a very wide variety of eye glass frames to choose from. I really felt as if the staff treated me like family and I highly recommend it here.

Focus Vision has a wonderful staff and certainly know how to operate smoothly. As soon as I came in I was greeted with a warm welcome and was even provided plenty of assistance selecting frames that suit me (they have an enormous inventory of frames including designer). The check-up process for my prescription was quick and easy and all of their equipment was all up to date and sanitary. This place is definitely my go-to eye care office from here on out.

My daughter and wife saw Dr. Trang Nguyen at iFocus Vision for routine eye checkups. Dr. Nguyen was amazing! Her evaluation seemed thorough and she took the time to explain what she was seeing with regards to their eye conditions. Dr. Nguyen really cares for her patients and is honest and genuine with her advice. For my daughter, her glasses and the new readings were quite close, so Dr. Nguyen told us that she could continue to use her current glasses if she would like and that she didn't need to buy a new one, which saved us money. For my wife, Dr. Nguyen told her that she didn't need glasses since her readings were small. It was great to see that Dr. Nguyen didn't try to upsell or influence our decisions. She also took the time to learn about our family. Kristie at the front desk was also very friendly and polite. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.

Excellent customer service. I am the type of person who needs things to be explained when I go to the eye doctor. Dr. Trang Nguyen was fantastic in her comprehensive exam. She took time to make sure my needs were addressed and I love that the assistants did the same, explaining every service done for me. I wasn’t planning on buying a new frame, but they had a great selection.

Dr. Nguyen is new official optometrist now.

My wife was well overdue with some glasses and new prescription so we visited iFocus Vision. Dr Nguyen and her staff took care of us from the moment we got there to the very end. Answered all of our questions and have a wide selection of frames from their very own Kya & Kase to high end name brand. My wife fell in love with these R&B frame! High recommend !
