    First things first, 99% sure the phone number listed is linked to a phone behind their dumpster. Don't waist your time calling..that said:

    It really isn't as bad as everybody makes it out to be...I received a ticket for late registration and a broken tail light. Going to the "Municipal Court" is more like sitting at a desk with a glass barrier. The nice woman on the other side simply asks for your information, proof of resolution, and then asks for a small fee. All together, took about 10 minutes on a weekday at 11AM.
