They did a really good job with my house, they also installed dry wall for me and and painted my house and were also very helpful and the price was affordable.

Andrea Gibson we are sorry to hear that. Jose Martinez did finished painting the exterior of the house. Jose Martinez received a deposit to start the job first and the second payment was the final payment for project completion as what it says on the contract that was giving to your husband. Jose had let your husband know by phone that things will be done and what days Jose will be coming and if he couldn't come he will also let your husband know that Jose can't make it and had to be schedule to another day. Two employees had appeared last Saturday to complete few details. Also the door can't be replace because you decided that Jose shouldn't complete the job. The pictures that you posted about replacing a siding and around it doesn't look good. it is not possible to repair that knowing that the rest of the existing siding is old, rotting, and cracking you can tell by picture that new siding is more stable and strong. Jose notice that you have termites that are eating your exterior siding of the house. We also want to notify you that you had sent messages to Jose and threated him that you will call the police on him and report him knowing that you don't want him to finished replacing the back door. Jose has pictures of work he completed. all the time that Jose was working on the project you were there to check on work that he was completing. Replacing the door of the back of the house was not included on the contract.

BEWARE! Do not use Jose and JM Martines for any jobs. He is very unprofessional, will beg to get paid before the job is finished promising to finish and then not finish the job. He still owes me a back door I paid for and thinks the pictures attached are acceptable workmanship. His workers ripped my siding and instead of replacing what they damaged they tried to bandaid it and it looks horrible. I said it was unacceptable but they left it as is and will not returned to fix it. They also took my garage door off automatic chain and did not put back on. He would say he would come one day and not show up and no phone call. I had to call and text multiple times to even get him to show up. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else but him!

Jose and family sealed, painted and pressure washed. Fantastic to work with. Constant communication which was wonderful! You will be delighted with their work!
