Second time I've used these guys. Shout out to Raymond for a very quick response on both times.
First experience repair was with a leaking water softener. Raymond responded at 10pm when I contacted him, gave me suggestions on preventing a catastrophic water break, and came out the very next day to fix the issue. Work was professionally done and his price was very competitive compared to others.
Second experience was with a malfunctioning water heater. Contacted him because of how well the experience was before. He was able to promptly send someone, same day, on a weekend, to check on the water heater. He then recommended the unit to be replaced with another brand due to the many malfunctions my old previous brand had. Explained his reasoning why. Quoted for a fair price. His team came by early the next day also on the weekend, did the work in a professional manner. Left the area clean. And was done with the work quickly. He did run a bit later on his 2 hour window for estimated arrival, but wasn't a big deal to us, since he got the job done within 24 hours of being contacted.
Raymond and his guys are highly recommended. The work is professional, communicates well, reasonable pricing, done in a timely manner, and he is local. We would definitely go back to him and his team again for our plumbing needs.

Quick and quality service from a very professional, family-owned company! I called J.R. Plumbing on 10/6/22 because of an outdoor water leak that sourced from under the sidewalk, and within 2 hours they were at my house ready to assess the situation and get the job done. After the job was complete, they made sure to clean up the dirt from the sidewalk and patch up the grass that was dug. They were able to provide reasonable pricing upfront and was honest and communicative about the scenarios where the price may go up. Jason came out and looked over the issue and brought his team back and repaired the leak in record time. It was and awesome experience. Great service at a very fair price. Best plumbing experience I have ever had.
