This is one of the best rental services in the Houston area. They are very easy to deal with, very helpful, and provide good vehicles. Had a great family vacation in the 15 Passenger Sprinter. Highly recommend and will most definitely be a returning customer.

I rented the 15 passenger sprinter for 5 days in June. The online rental process was easy. Any questions I had were answered by the representative Michael. He was courteous and patient with my questions. There may have been a small language barrier with some more complicated questions when dealing over the phone. But in person everything was sorted out and answered. There was a small hiccup which warrants the 4 stars not 5 but maybe of no fault of the company’s. First you must understand this is by far the more affordable choice for sprinter rentals in the Houston area. And they are not a franchise or large corporation that has dozens of sprinters. This is a privately owned company providing an affordable service to the public to have a comfortable luxury ride while on their destination. The people who rented van before me returned it late so I had to wait awhile past my pick up time. Michael did his best to hurry and wash detail that huge van on his own to get me out of there. Other than that, that was the only negative I guess.
Now to the van itself which doesn’t really explain in detail what you are getting on the website.
The 15 passenger Mercedes’ sprinter from the Bush Airport location is a 2018 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 15 passenger van.
Ample seating for everyone. Each seat in passenger area has space under it for a small duffel bag or backpack. The cargo area is plenty. We had 7 large rolling suitcases, 8 large duffle bags and plenty of beach toys, 4 storage totes with food and ice chest. There is no trailer hitch in the back. You also need 12ft of clearance while driving. There is a head unit DVD player up front on dash that plays to the 32 inch TV . And it runs on diesel and def. It got about 250 highway miles to the tank . Goin 70 mph. Hopefully that’s sufficient info to let you make your own decision on wether or not to rent. This was only my personal experience can’t speak on anything but my experience.
