I went to Katy Glass and Mirror to get a mirror cut and was very impressed with the high level of customer service. I was able to get the mirror cut while I was there and was even provided with advice on the best way to hang it as it is a large mirror. Thanks Katy Glass. All I can say is FAST service, GREAT communications, and always POLITE and FRIENDLY. Ms. Taylor was very nice and informative. Got the tech out quickly. Mr. Javier, the glass technician was SUPER FAST with QUALITY workmanship of changing out the broken glass and replacing with new glass. I suffered with this glass broken for over 1 year, I wish I had called them sooner! Thanks to Ms. TAYLOR and Mr. Javier for knowing what customer satisfaction is all about!! 😀👍

Fast, friendly service! Went in to get an estimate on 4 small glass shelves. Gentleman comes out and says he can do it on the spot. Waited for about 5 mins and I had my shelves, he even made them a little thicker than the original one! Not sure about price, seeing I didn't get estimates from other glass companies. Very satisfied with service and promptness. Will be going there again.

This company has been in Katy for many years and I have used them numerous times. They are always friendly and willing to help. There prices are usually lower than any of the other local glass companies and they really do stand behind their work. I have never had a problem here and would recommend this company to anyone in the Katy area.
