(December 30, 2021, 6:57 pm)Keys are well made and very good communication. The only one thing is it took long to receive. My keys came 2 days later than promised. Wish the kiosks had more style keys to make than the boring standard one. I would like to see keys with names on them.

(February 18, 2020, 10:21 am)It's nice being able to drive up to the grocery store rather than Lowes or Home Depot which is further away to get a key made when I need to give one to a relative or friend. The cost is a bit steep ($8 for a single standard brass key) and the upgrades are annoying ($2 for a polished key; $4 for a second key). Wish this was more reasonable - at the hardware stores you can usually get two or three keys for the same price. But the convenience is nice.
