It is truly a pleasure to feel secure in the abilities of an individual. For that person to really listen and make you feel that you are important. Can’t wait until my next visit. Every nurse should be as personable as my nurse was, thank you so much!

My mom was having medical issues. After calling the service a nurse assistant was at my door within 2 hours. She took her vitals and arranged a Telmed visit with the nurse practitioner. Both were very professional and helpful.

Both the medicist and the NP were absolutely awesome. I got great care within 3 hours of my call for a appointment. And the best part was I would not have gone to a Dr office for care in person. And just a televisit would not have been able to hear the congestion in my lungs. So I completely recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you so very much!!!

Landmark is wonderful! I spoke with a lady named Sue yesterday about my issue I was having, she immediately got a nurse out to my apartment, her name was February, both such sweet ladies. February checked my knee first then video taped where I was having my issue as Sue looked on over the phone. I ended up going to the ER had bloodwork, x-Rays, and a Dobbler done and prescriptions called in. So glad Sue suggested I go as February stayed with me until the paramedics came. I would recommend Landmark to anyone!! They are wonderful, as are Sue and February!! Great ladies, and company!! Thank you, Landmark!!

Bruce Gregg is PHENOMENAL! He's knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. I love the Landmark program and I am very grateful to be a part of it. Thank you.
However, I do have a concern about identification.

I have gotten calls from several persons who identify themselves as Landmark representatives,
but they are using phones that do not show a Landmark ID. I am very hesitant about answering random calls, so they'll call back or leave a voicemail message for me to call. I ask for proof that they're who they say they are before I disclose any information. I appreciate the text message for this survey, but the same problem exists: a random number, but it does have the insignia. I have added the contact information into my phone for future reference; but, I sincerely hope that Landmark can rectify the concern I stated because I truly love the program.
