I stayed at their property on Pacific St when I was in Houston for one year. The apartment unit itself is very nice and solid, I had very little maintenance issues. If there is an issue with something, Adi was very responsive and helpful. Perfect location with a lot of good restaurants and bars near by.

-Making payments is easy
-When I moved out a month earlier than my lease Adi was very good at finding another tenant and working with me
-Properties are well taken care of and maintenance is well managed

Spacious, renovated, fully equipped. Everything was ready for our arrival and Limor was a pleasure to communicate with anytime we had a question. It is within walking distance to Rice University - we walked the trail around the campus - and Rice Village for some shopping and a bite to eat. Located super closeby to the hospital in the TMC. Look no further if you're coming to Houston and need a beautiful home to rent!

A beautiful serene escape from it all. I don't normally write reviews but I'm compelled to share about this special secret.
We LOVED this place. The pictures do not do it justice. It's decorated so perfectly. It has so many open spaces to enjoy life and loved ones. My wife had brain surgery and we stayed here for 3 weeks post op for her recovery. It could not have been better. It's located in a charming neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Very close to excellent shopping and restaurants galore!!
There is seriously no reason to ever leave this place once you check in- Grub-hub and insta-cart delivering whatever you need. The kitchen was my favorite. (I love to cook) large commercial appliances gas stove and oven, sub zero fridge and an amazing griddle cooktop which made the most perfect pancakes I've ever cooked. The pool area is a tranquil haven of blissful relaxation. The bedrooms are perfectly appointed. Nothing is missing from this place. They have thought of every possible need you may have. Even the washer and dryer are the latest and greatest smart appliances. To top it all off the owners are the kindest and most accommodating hosts. We never needed anything because everything was so perfect but they willingly made themselves available for whatever we needed. Could not have chosen a more perfect place. I know it has helped my wife recover much faster and by the way she is doing amazing! She's my hero!
