" Looks can be deceiving "
Christopher the customer service representative was awesome. Purchased April 22, 2020. By April 27th, 2020 the freezer and the fridge stop working . I called Samsung and was told the Warranty had expired to contact Conns ( which mean they run con on customer's.) Mine you this is a clearance center, says 24 hours. Not satisfied at all with this Company. They just took my hard earned $1188.00. Also asked them about my food spoiling , the manager tells me that is only if you finance. What a rip off. They are sending a technician out on Monday . But we are going get rid of this refrigerator. Nine times out of ten we will still continue to have issues. I will also be filing a complaint with the Houston, TX BBB. " WARNING BE VERY SURE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE "

Conn's made it right. They gave me store credit for the full amount and I was able to purchase a new Refrigerator. Thank you Conn's, for taking ownership.
