(April 7, 2023, 4:50 pm)3rd trip to the store, needed an oil change. Came back to get a drip pan and dropped some cash on the floor. The friendly workers called me and notified me of what happened. I’m very greatful, this kind of service is rare theses days!!

(February 27, 2023, 12:36 am)On Feb 26th around 8:20pm .After being turned down by o'riely across the street because they didn't have time (smh ).I called this store at 8:30pm to check if they had time for a battery purchase and installation luckily they were ok with it willing to help me. My car battery had died so it was an emergency as I was afraid it would turn off on the road and it was just me and my baby.I forgot to ask for his name (has short hair)but he was sooo helpful and fast. customer service was great,store was clean,Really friendly ,polite .Other customers were coming in before closing and they still made them feel welcomed and had time.Didnt feel negative at all. Loved that the 2 young men have a good teamwork going on to get things done . Thank you !!!!!😁

(November 13, 2022, 11:06 am)This autozone is amazing! Henry and Kobe went above and beyond to help me with my battery. While waiting inside for my battery to be changed, I witnessed them go above and beyond for several other locations. I just found my favorite new autozone!

(October 26, 2022, 8:17 pm)As I got into my car and started it to go let my clients dogs out as I'm a pet sitter I noticed it rolled over slow. It's late Wednesday night but Autozone was open.
When I mentioned the dogs are waiting for their supper and to be let out, he hurried and sure enough my Duracell Gold battery was dead. It lasted 7 years!
He removed it, cleaned up the corrosion on the post and I was back on the road in 15 minutes! I was so impressed with their service & friendliness I had to take time & post this review.
He saved me thanks great job Autozone!
