The people here have always been so helpful. Both times I've come in I thought I had a simple issue but didn't and the worker took their time to help me get back on the road. As a woman that isn't handy whatsoever, it's good to know I can come here and take care of my minor vehicle issues.
What started as a spark plug replacement in my wife's old car turned into a job requiring replacement of two gaskets and two hoses that were way past their lifespan. When I put everything back together the car was not running right (or safely). Malerie and Josh were really helpful, honest, patient, and encouraging and I was able to get it running right again. I found a couple of other issues along the way and since I wasn't sure if they were contributing to my problem I came back and asked about them.and they were not pushy at all to sell me new parts even though I would have believed them if they told me I needed them.
