Service was next day & well delivered!
I do need to say, I had called
2 x & on the third call found out that my order went to Houston's, instead of Cresson!
So when calling for equipment be sure & get it delivered in the right town!
The service technician was very nice and professional. He took care of everything and even explain the controls on the hospital bed. The customer service was also very nice and helpful with our order!!
The tech (I forgot his name) did tell me a couple of things that the YouTube video didnt tell me on the fill station and I was thankful for that. The guy that delivered the whole unit, didn't give me all of the right info and also didn't leave me what the second tech called a "Goodie Bag" The second tech was great and very personable. I had trouble getting the delivery from Monday, till I finally got them after numerous phone calls, and with the left not knowing what the right was doing. Not a good way to run your business for sure. When something is ordered and promised to be overnighted and calling numerous times doesn't get it out of that office and you have to demand a supervisor, that just isn't good business!!! Not surprised because the home fill wasn't delivered the day the woman told me it was going to be delivered, and most times I call for supplies, it is a hassle. Now I have to call back to get an extra jumper tube that goes from the bottle to the oxygen concentrator, since I didn't get a goodie bag.
I am 45 days into my CPAP and have been having trouble complying with the insurance 'usage requirements', as it has been rather difficult getting used to sleeping with alien equipment strapped to my face. Valerie with AdaptHealth Compliance contact me and spent 20 minutes discussing my status and tips/techniques on how to get better use of the equipment. Not only was she extremely nice, understanding, and helpful, she was very motivating. I am thankful she contacted me as it has renewed my resolve to be a better CPAP'er. Thanks Valerie!
