Waiting place and bathroom was very and clean and cozy. I told him to have a look underneath my car. There is missing screws and they take care of it for me. All the staffs are very nice. I will definitely happy with the service. Thank you

I talked to They first and they stepped me through the process of getting my inventory list updated so we'd know how many trucks we'd need. Once the guys got there, they were very quick. I felt very comfortable with The crew handling my belonging. Unloading the next day was even easier.

Their quote used to be correct and they ended up on the decrease quit of what they quoted due to their challenging work. Customer carrier used to be beneficial each and every time I called. He was very friendly and willing to assist me with my issues on the phone when I called in to set up my appointment. He also met with me for my appt. to ensure that all my concerns would be addressed. With his professionalism and sound customer service acumen, Shane was able to resolve my issues in a timely manner, considering there was some warranty work involved. I continue to be a satisfied Joe Myers Ford service customer for seven years now.

(April 18, 2022, 5:39 pm)The Service Team was very attentive to my inspection and warranty recall for my 2019 Ford F150. They shared details of the recall and the procedures they would take to clear the recalls.
There was an undercarriage repair needed and they had the part in stock.. heat shield had torn.
Wanted to request a Multi-Point inspection report, yet I could not wait another day.
